About IDK
IDK Barbecue is a hip place to grab a bite to eat! The tasty menu will keep you coming back for more and might even just be the best BBQ in Utah! They started out with only a few family recipes and with a desire to share those with the tourists and locals around them. Today they have grown and created a fun environment that is easily enjoyed with friends and family on vacation, passing by, or by residents.
There is plenty of space and seating for the whole family to enjoy. Lots of fun and vibrant colors, adding to the great atmosphere. If you are on your way to Bryce Canyon, be sure to stop by and check out their amazing barbecue yourself!
Sandwiches include your choice of tender turkey, pulled pork, or beef brisket on a delicious bun of your choice. Bun options include a regular bun, asiago cheese bun, or a pretzel bun. You also won't want to miss out on their incredible baby back ribs!
Another hot item on the menu is their BBQ nachos with tender pulled pork or beef brisket! If you are feeling like a lighter option, they also serve salads with your choice of turkey, pulled pork, or beef brisket.
For some heartier options, you can go with their baked potato or their soup of the day in a yummy bread bowl! They also serve their fresh and delicious meat by the pound. Try some of their fantastic side dishes, mac n cheese, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, or cornbread!
To top it all off, peach, apple, or pumpkin cobblers are sure to finish the job for dessert!
My husband and I stopped in on our way to Bryce Canyon. The worker and who I think was the owner was super nice. I got the brisket house sandwich and added baked beans. It was delicious. I've never had nacho cheese on bbq before, but it was soooo good. My husband had their two meat plate with their sweet chicken, brisket, macaroni, and baked beans. He really enjoyed it. We had their peach cobbler and omg it was delicious. It was served hot and the oat crumble in it just made it over the top. We definitely recommend this place for an awesome lunch/dinner.
